Grenada To Receive Additional Flights In November

“If all goes well, Grenada will be getting additional flights from American Airlines beginning November 1.”

This announcement was made recently by tourism minister, Clarice Modeste-Curwen.

She says while tourism is still slow to recover it is not dead.

Statistics show that in January this year Grenada received 1,609 individuals from Miami, while in February, it fluctuated until June, which saw over 5,000 plus travellers to the island, numbers which continued for the months of July and August.

The tourism minister is optimistic about the way ahead as it relates to tourists coming to Grenada.
