The Division of Sports in the Ministry of Carriacou and PM Affairs Community Sports program

This program is geared to unlock talent andto maximize full potential.

The Community Coaching would be held at the Hillsborough Tennis Court and at the Hillsborough Recreation Ground, Monday to Friday @2.30p.m. and @ 9.00a.m. on Saturday.

Various disciplines offeredareCricket, Boxing, Tennis, Netball, Athletics (Track and Field).

Mentally, sportsimprove your mood and concentration, boosts your self-confidence, and reduces depression and anxiety.

Physically sports help reduce body fat or control your body weight, also sports allow you to gain satisfaction in developing your fitness and skills.

Remember, sports are a crucial part of one mental and physical fitness.
